Welcome to LJ Promise Realty Management, LLC. Here we pride ourselves in family and staying connected with our tenants in the community. LJ Promise Realty is a family owned company. Co-Owners Jay and Lajune Yancy founded LJ Promise Realty in 2005 and have continued to invest in and help elevate the community ever since. We're Social Entrepreneurs who believe communities flourish when dignity is restored, opportunity is intentional, and people are empowered to rise. Our work is rooted in a calling: to rebuild what has been neglected, to uplift what has been overlooked, and to create pathways where none previously existed. Through real estate, education, and faith‑centered leadership, we transform neighborhoods from the inside out.

LJ Promise Realty owned and operated by husband and wife team Jay Yancy and LaJune Yancy, established over 15 years ago in May of 2005 with the purchase of their first commercial property, a 29 unit rental located in Chicago, Illinois in the South Shore area. They are both long time Chicagoans, who received their degree’s from Loyola Univ. and Roosevelt University of Chicago, IL., They have enjoyed successful careers in Information Technology, Real Estate, Fashion and Biotech Industry sales over the past 20 years, as both employees and entrepreneurs.
With an extensive background they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to deliver outstanding management and service with a passionate heart for their community. They provide stylish, safe, affordable, well managed, high quality, premium living homes, for people who appreciate great living spaces and value good clean respectful living.
